SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time.

We (www.pillgem.com) know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed 1 - 3 days after purchase.

COURIER PARTNERS

All orders are shipped through our courier partners (FedEx/DHL/UPS). Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

We offer free shipping on all website orders when using FedEx; additional fees will apply from orders made by DHL/UPS or other forwarders services.

Items can be ordered via the website and will be shipped as soon as possible. However, the seller does not carry any responsibility for any delays or if the item appears to be out of stock or there are delays due to COVID or any other circumstances out of the seller's hands.

We will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is impossible to identify the order’s recipient of the order and its address.

SHIPPING TIME

We generally aim to deliver your order between 3 - 5 days of receiving.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.

TAXES

Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.

TRACKING

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).

INSURANCE

We offer free FedEx standard insurance up to the value of $500US. We also offer Malca Amit Insurance for higher value parcels at the checkout page, optional with additional charges.

ORDER CANCEL:

Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for some reasons:

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.
Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your order.

 

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and https://www.pillgem.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
