All orders are shipped through our courier partners (FedEx/DHL/UPS). Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

We offer free shipping on all website orders when using FedEx; additional fees will apply from orders made by DHL/UPS or other forwarders services.

Items can be ordered via the website and will be shipped as soon as possible. However, the seller does not carry any responsibility for any delays or if the item appears to be out of stock or there are delays due to COVID or any other circumstances out of the seller's hands.

We will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is impossible to identify the order’s recipient of the order and its address.


We generally aim to deliver your order between 3 - 5 days of receiving.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship as soon as possible.

We offer free FedEx standard insurance up to the value of $500US. We also offer Malca Amit Insurance for higher value parcels at the checkout page, optional with additional charges.
